Egyptian Foreign Ministry .. Arrangements continue to receive newborns from Gaza

Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said that work is underway to arrange logistical procedures for receiving newborn babies from the Gaza Strip, as directed by President Sisi, according to urgent news reported by news sources on Thursday evening.
In a telephone call with the Commissioner of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), the Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed Egypt’s commitment to continue providing all necessary support to alleviate the human suffering to which the Palestinians are exposed.
The Egyptian Foreign Minister continued, stressing “the need to stop Israeli violations against civilians and civilian facilities in Gaza.”
The Foreign Minister had stated that Israel must refrain from violations of international law and stop its military operations, and that the position has always been clear of the need to avoid targeting civilians and ensure the delivery of aid to Gaza without obstacles.
