The United Nations today expressed its regret over Israeli statements regarding its decision to establish an urgent humanitarian truce in the Gaza Strip, according to what UN spokesman Stephane Dujarque confirmed in a press conference today.
Dujarric confirmed: “We regret the statements we received from the Israeli government regarding the decision. I mean, I think, as we all know, it was very painful for the Council to reach the stage of issuing a decision.”
